What you'd see

The metrics that matter, with every employee's privacy intact.

Each month during a pilot, your point of contact receives a report like the one below: how many people are training, how regularly, and what they think of it.

How this report protects anonymity

Activity is reported only for the group as a whole. Any activity count below 5 is shown as “fewer than 5,” so a small number can't point to a person. Survey results appear only when at least 5 people respond. Nothing is broken out by team, location, or any other group.

What will never appear in it

  • Names, email addresses, or who signed up
  • Who trained this month and who didn't
  • Goals, workouts, weights, or progress for anyone
  • Injuries, limitations, or health information
  • Anything an employee said to Casey

If this is the kind of report you'd want, let's set up a pilot.
